What you need to know

Suitable for intermediate knitters, recreate ocean waves with Jo Allport's classic ripple effect top.

Update a classic stitch pattern with crisp nautical shades and you’re onto a winner! We love this undulating effect created by shale stitch. The pattern combines groups of increases and decreases to make the curves. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried it before, you’ll get the chance to practice when making your tension square. This pattern comes in ten different sizes so have a read through before you begin and highlight the relevant instructions to make them easier to follow.
